Who we are

SolveGrade is a Maths & Physics tuition centre in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan. Questions about your data: message us on WhatsApp at +62 856-9351-9996.

What we collect

When you request a free consultation: the student’s name, year group, curriculum and subjects; a parent or guardian’s name, WhatsApp number and/or email; preferred times; and your message.

When you message us on WhatsApp: your number, name and what you tell us.

When you use this website: the pages you visit and actions such as tapping a WhatsApp button or sending the form, with technical data (IP address, browser type, and cookies such as _fbp and _fbc) and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange your consultation and provide tuition — and to measure and improve our advertising.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. They share with Meta Platforms the website actions above, technical data, and — for people who contact us — a hashed (SHA-256) version of the parent’s email address or phone number, so Meta can tell us which ads led to enquiries and enrolments. Hashing turns the contact detail into a code. We never send a student’s name or any details about a child to Meta.

Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can manage the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences, and clear or block cookies in your browser.

Students’ data

Many of our students are under 18. Student records in our learning platform are visible only to the student, their parent and our staff, and are never used for advertising.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal data. Apart from Meta (above), we use service providers to run the centre — Cloudflare to host this website and WhatsApp for messaging.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll handle it.
